Support Service Offerings

We offer an Installation, Upgrade, and Configuration Assistance Package.  This package is perfect for the customer who wants hands-on assistance that goes beyond support for the product. The Assistance Package is optional, but recommended if you have read over the installation and configuration manuals and think a helping hand would be beneficial. We use Remote Session to provide this assistance.

CCS Service Request Staff Training Session (remote online) - $249    

• Targeted toward Service Department staff  
• Review setup of workflow, notifications and templates
• Train on how to assign and fulfill service requests using the application.
